02Our service is free for families
There is no charge to families for our guidance. We are compensated by the senior living community when a family moves into a community we recommended, similar to how a real estate agent is paid by the seller. This referral fee is disclosed up front, does not change the price you pay the community, and creates no cost or payment obligation for you.
03Guidance only, not professional advice
Our advisors share knowledge, options, and practical support. We are not a medical provider, attorney, accountant, or financial advisor, and nothing we provide should be treated as medical, legal, financial, or tax advice.
